Ken J. Stark

President

Ken J. Stark is the founder of Stark & Associates Commercial Real Estate established in 2004 and Stark Realty Homes and Land in 2006.  Ken has been a Nevada realtor since 1992, and has been recognized with numerous awards including 2000 Top Commercial Real Estate brokers in Nevada.

Previous work experiences include Partner at NAI Hale Day Gallagher Co., Office Specialist Team Leader at CB Richard Ellis, and 14 years in sales and management at IBM.

Ken obtained his BBA in Finance at Boise State University, and attended Wharton School of Business Executive Institute in Philadelphia.

Ken is a board member of Renown Health System's Renown Businesses, C.A.R.E. Chest of Northern Nevada and a past board member of Executive's Association of Reno (EAR).  Memberships include EAR, Reno/Sparks Chamber of Commerce, Economic Development Authority of Western Nevada (EDAWN), The Associated General Contractors of America (AGC), Nevada Taxpayers Association, Reno-Sparks Association of Realtors, Northern Nevada Apartment Association (NNAA), Fernley Chamber of Commerce, Northern Nevada Chapter of CCIM and National Association of Realtors (NAR).
