In his 25+ year real estate brokerage career, Gordon J. Prior to joining Chartwell Group, Gordon was the president of Sheldon Good & Co. Auctions, Inc., which is headquartered in Chicago, Illinois.
The National Association of Realtors awarded Gordon the prestigious Campbell Trophy for the most creative commercial real estate transaction in the nation for two consecutive years for 1974 and 1975. Additionally, the National Auctioneers Association honored him with the Auction of the Year 2000 Award. Gordon has represented a number of Ohio-based realty owners in auction offerings including Forest City Enterprises, Western & Southern Life Assurance, BP Oil, Smythe Cramer Realty and Realty One. Gordon received his B.S. in Finance from the University of Illinois. He also taught Real Estate Auction Strategies for 20 years at the Missouri Auction School.
