Bud Blinick, Vice President Accelerated Marketing Division, has been conducting real estate auctions since 1980.  Bud has been actively involved in the sale of thousands of properties in over 30 States and has been licensed as an Auctioneer or Real Estate Broker in 15 states. Many of Bud's transactions have involved the sale of condominium developments, shopping centers, industrial buildings, trophy homes, golf courses, single-family home sites, restaurants, theaters and commercial properties.  His auction career began at Sheldon Good & Company under the tutelage of Gordon J. Greene and was instrumental in assisting him grow the business from local to national in scope.  While at Sheldon Good & Company, Bud was Senior Vice President, National Sales Manager and a member of the Executive Committee.

Prior to joining Chartwell, Bud was Vice President of Vision Realty Partners, a private real estate investment firm and was a partner in the purchase and sale of over $30,000,000 in real estate.  Bud also has expertise in the telecommunications industry, having been involved in the startup of a national rooftop management company and wireless services provider.

Bud has reunited with his long-term associates Gordon Greene and Michael Berland at Chartwell Group to create the most experienced, creative and dynamic real estate auction team.

Bud received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Illinois and has been an instructor at the Missouri Auction School.  Bud has offered his services as Auctioneer for numerous charity organizations. His outside interests include coaching his daughters, softball, bike riding, golf, hiking and spending time outdoors.
